Refunds Policy

Below are the terms and conditions that govern the ERP Kaleidoscope Refund Policy. By purchasing an event ticket or course on the ERP Kaleidoscope website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the statements below.

Refund Policy for Directory & Membership & Events

All users must accept the cancellation & refunds policies that are outlined in the terms, conditions and policies.

Cancellation/Refund Process

To cancel any membership, therapists must follow the instructions provided in the ERP Kaleidoscope dashboard in your account, or you can send a message to erpkaleidoscope@gmail.com for additional support.

Cancellation/Refund Payment will be provided in the same mode, member provided.

Monthly membership payments may be prorated or credit issued for future month when issues with directory last longer than 3 days on the public end. The public end refers to directory listing for the public to find a therapist through the ERP Kaleidoscope directory

(erpkaleidoscopetherapy.com/find).

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Refund Policy for CEUs

Registrants who do not complete their course(s) will not receive a refund. Registrants who purchased a course but did not achieve a passing grade, will not receive a refund.

Requests for refunds for CEU certificate only (this does not include the course): Requests must be in writing (email okay) and received before one week (7 days) prior to the event. A $2 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellation of a paid event, through the cancellation deadline. A $20 charge will be applied to credit card denials.

There will be no refunds on requests received after one week (7 days) prior to the event. ERP Kaleidoscope reserves the right to have discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with our policies.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

In the case of an emergency should a presenter be unable to deliver a course, presenter will provide a full refund to all participants through a check in mail, Zelle, Paypal or Stripe and inform them of the cancellation through email and phone (if need be).

FOR E-COURSES, ONLINE CONSULTATIONS, WEBINARS & ALL ONLINE EVENTS

No refunds allowed. Credit for a future course will be provided for online courses/webinars.

Transferring ticket to another individual is allowed:

TRANSFER OF TICKET: The registered participant may invite another member? to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) 24 hours prior to event at no charge, must email erpkaleidoscope@gmail.com within this window to facilitate the transfer of ticket, with Subject Line: “TICKET TRANSFER: [NAME OF WORKSHOP]”

For IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.

If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received two weeks in advance of the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:

TRANSFER OF TICKET: The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) 24 hours prior to event at no charge, must email erpkaleidoscope@gmail.com  within this window to facilitate the transfer of ticket, with Subject Line: “TICKET TRANSFER: [NAME OF WORKSHOP]”;

If notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered; and

If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
