| Bio | Alishai Bryan, a MSW, is dedicated to increasing BIPOC representation in mental health and creating inclusive therapeutic spaces. During her internship at Emory University’s OCD and Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program, she led individual and group sessions, served as a primary intake coordinator, and developed a demographic analysis survey to address barriers BIPOC individuals face in accessing treatment. As a Caribbean American woman, Alishai is passionate about addressing cultural stigma in Caribbean communities and amplifying BIPOC voices in mental health care, aligning closely with ERP Kaleidoscope’s mission. |
