Research shows that exercising has numerous benefits for not only our bodies, but also our mental health. Studies also show that exercising in a group has even more positive effects on our mental health and our motivation to engage in movement. One of our goals through this platform is to promote mental wellness within this population so we can continue to do amazing work with ERP. Therefore, we have created a space for us to come together and move together. If you are interested in leading your own wellness class for the cause, please click here to complete the application. Worried about attending wellness classes due to OCD/anxiety fears? This could be a great opportunity to engage in an exposure. You could try attending the class with your camera and sound off first. Then move up to adding your sound and eventually your camera. Maybe you angle the camera so that only part of your body is visible. Do whatever you need to do while leaning into the uncertainty!
